Our Shipping Policy
We ship USPS and FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground can take 5-7 working days to deliver.

up to $100.99 ----- Flat Minimum Rate $10.95
$101.00 to $200.99 -------- 10.5%
$201.00 to $300.99 -------- 10.0%
$301.00 to $500.99 -------- 9.5%
Over $501.00 -------------- 9.0%
If you request Special Services such as Overnight, 2-Day, or 3-Day Delivery, the rates increase and you will be charged accordingly. Also, the rate may change if the item is of unusual weight or size. You can select Special Services by indicating them in the Comment Section of the Order Form that follows.
Overseas shipments are sent per Parcel Post or Global Express, Insured and charged accordingly. Foreign Customs may apply.
If you receive your shipment and an item is damaged, please retain ALL packaging materials for FEDEX or other shipper to inspect.
Notice of Availability
All orders are subject to availability. Typographical errors are subject to correction. Colors may vary from images shown.
Your shipment will be hand-inspected and carefully packed by skilled and experienced packers. Under normal handling, it should reach you in the same perfect condition as it left our premises.
Your package is sent with a reputable carrier (USPS or FedEx Ground/Air)and is fully insured for the value of the contents.
After your package leaves our premises, its SAFE, ACCUARATE, AND TIMELY DELIVERY is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEE REGARDING DELIVERY SAFETY, ACCURACY, OR TIMELINESS.
ACCURATE/TIMELY DELIVERY and ANY/ALL DAMAGES ARE THE SOLE REPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER who is liable for its SAFE, ACCUARATE, and TIMELY transport. This includes any concealed damages that may have been caused by shock and vibration.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE CARRIER.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE:
1. If you notice EXTERNAL DAMAGE to the package at the time of delivery, please ask the carrier delivery person to make a note of it.
2. IMMEDIATELY UNPACK and EXAMINE the contents upon receipt. If you discover damage, IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY US. The carrier allows a MAXIMUM OF 15 DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF GOODS for you to file a claim.
They will FAX us a claim form and we will provide them with the necessary information. They will contact you to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging.
3. SAVE ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS for inspection. This include the outer carton, packaging popcorn, tissue, paper, bubble wrap, inner containers, and the damaged merchandise. This is required by the carrier for you to receive credit for your claim.
REMEMBER SAVE EVERYTHING—DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE DIRECTLY TO US.
If you return it to us, no claim can be filed by any party and no replacement or refund can be made.
Thank you for your cooperation. We sincerely hope that no problems will arise, but if they do, we will be happy to assist you by providing tracking numbers and content/cost information for claim purposes.
Damaged Items are covered under the insurance of the carrier and is the carrier's responsibility.
